Senior Group Worker - A residential and educational program for adolescent males is accepting applications for full-time supervisory position. Responsibilities include supervising 5-10 direct care staff, case management and assisting young men in making life-changing decisions through problem solving, crisis intervention, and physical fitness activities. Qualifications; baccalaureate degree in social work or psychology and three years of professional experience working with children one year of which must have been in a CRF; OR a baccalaureate degree with a minimum of five years professional experience working with children with at least 2 years in a residential experience , supervisory experience, strong written and verbal communication skills.
