Medicaid Resource Coordinator:

 

Multi-site adolescent residential and community services organization is seeking an experienced full time clinical pre authorization specialist.  Applicant must have the ability to prioritize job duties, be extremely organized, and possess clinical documentation skills related to mental health disorders and/or at-risk adolescent populations.  Duties include gathering clinical documentation and performing data entry to successfully obtain pre authorization for Medicaid covered services; Train and assist staff with appropriate documentation techniques, as well as, conduct treatment records review.   Applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, be open to learning other software systems, and be a team player.  Three years experience in mental health / medical records review and at least a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related human services field;  Masters degree preferred.  Benefits included; Salary dependent upon education and experience.

Elk Hill – Spring Garden , a residential program for adolescent females is currently accepting applications for full-time positions. Responsibilities include: Assisting young ladies in making life-changing decisions through problem solving, crisis intervention, and various activities. Bachelor's degree preferred, experience required. Successful applicant will have case management skills and be familiar with Medicaid reporting procedures. Ability to work flexible hours a plus.

Contracted Intensive In-Home Services Counselors:

Elk Hill provides residential, community based and educational programming for adolescents at 5 sites in Central Virginia and other various communities. We are accepting applications for the aforementioned contracted position(s). Responsibilities include the delivery of Medicaid and non-Medicaid eligible intensive in-home services, aftercare, outreach, mentoring and other contracted services to youth and families. Qualifications: Degree in a human services field; In-home and Medicaid experience, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent hourly pay; Minimum of 10 hours per week.
