Outreach Program

SUMMARY OF SERVICES

Individual Counseling
Provide one to one counseling to address issues such as cognitive, behavioral and social skills. Also emphasizes short and long-term goal setting.

In-Home Counseling
Designed to proactively prevent out-of-home placement and enhance parental skills, problem solving and stress management.

Therapeutic Supervision
Provides youth with an adult role model who will address issues of anger management and social skills through community and recreational activities.

Employment Assistance
Assist youth with necessary skills, training and information. Service includes basic job searching and coaching skills, as well as individual career counseling assessment.

Crisis Prevention
Provided to parents and youth 24 hours per day despite distance in the event of an emergency.
